Toxic Co-Workers

You don't have to like me, but you will respect me
Tamira Hamilton
Once again, Ms. Passive Agressive is at it again at work. I just can't stad that shit, if you have something to say then say it. Even if we have to take it out to the parking lot and duke it out, say what you have to say I am a big girl.
Ms. P-A recently got a new title, no more pay or responsibility- everyone in the bank is an officer and/or VP for business card purposes. Some people let things like that go to their heads. I don't are what your title is, you will respect me. No yelling and under handed tactics designed to remind me of my place will keep me from ripping you a new hole. The only thing that has is I am too old to make a political mishap like that.
So this time, the boss is gonna have to have a real sit down. None of this avoiding confrontation shit. Cards need to be laid out on the table cause I won't work in an environment like that. Isolated these events seem petty, which they are, but when you add them up, there is a pattern. Whatever her problem is with me, she needs to get over it. And unfortunately folks, I do think race has at least a minor role in this one.

I wouldn't doubt it. There are some racist sons of bitches out there lurking in the sludge.

Props to you for laying down the law. You keep leavin' everyone else in the DUST performance-wise and see if Ms. P-A is simple enough to continue to do it.

You shouldn't have to work under conditions that make you uncomfortable. You might inquire to my sister how to best approach...she used to be Mrs. Director-of-Corporate-HR. Ask her if it would be better to circumvent the boss and go directly to HR. I believe that by engaging HR they're required to take some sort of action. Naturally, you would not mention our suspicians, but Nae might have recommendations on how to best to call people into action to get results. She'll likely have some key phrases for you to utilize for results.
